"Are you a pro?"

That was me at a Volleyball game. I may be a Pro, but not at this game! Gaya lompat ada, tapi sebelah kaki masih mencecah tanah hahahaha~! Lutut tak kuat la beb.



"A victory can only be achieved in public, for it is the public's acknowledgement which determine whether one has won or lost. A private victory belongs to people who are socially awkward, often cocky, and very rarely can work or get on well with others." - My personal view!

I have heard again and again about professionals who have to swallow their pride and keep their silence, just to please their bosses.

Often too, professionals find themselves giving wonderful suggestions and ideas, only to be put in a corner and to listen the exact same things being said by their bosses as if the ideas were theirs in the first place.

Worse, these so called professionals actually nod and say, "Your ideas very great, sir!"

My apologies for making wrong reference by calling these people professionals!

Professionals they are NOT. A better word to describe such characters is, perhaps, 'Wimps!'

A professional will stick to his guns and will defend his professional views - even at the risk of being fired.

I am a professional, and I have often put myself on the firing line. The irony is, whenever I have done that in the past, I actually earned more respect from other professionals around me and also from my bosses!
